Beyond the Church Wall
Do people expect anything from the church? Not much. Rather they are looking for something from Jesus and his followers. No more church renovation. What about follower renovation?
Jesus Only Knows of Disciples and Witnesses
Churches and Christians were institutions and people came after Jesus. They are all significant for Jesus. Yet, Jesus only knew of Disciples and Witnesses. Who are the disciples and witnesses? Disciples are learners who follow Jesus; Witnenesses are messengers who share the gospel of Jesus with people. Are we doing good job becoming disciples and witnesses? Time to think about it.
Images of Christians?
Christians are concerned about their images reflected by the public. They want to be called "good people." Is it biblical? According to the Bible, Christians are the followers/disciples/witnesses of Jesus. They are the ones who follow the Gospel, learn (discipline) how to spread the Gospel, and witness the Gospel itself. Love from the world is not what Christians are supposed to seek. Hope not the churches try to please the world.

What's Happening in the Churches?
After Seeker-Sensive Churches, what is going on the church culture globally? Maybe "relationship-sensive" churches are coming and growing today. Recovery of relationships with God, oneself, neighbors, and creation is what the people want to pursue.
Google Church Stories
After Gutenberg era, Google world is leading our cultures. New churches doing good job with TGIF(Twitter-Google-iPhone-Facebook) will be studied in the research trip of Jesus Link Global this June.
A Research Trip for a Book Project of "GCS"
Research trip for a book project of "GCS" is scheduled on June 10. Four researchers including myself will visit 16 churches in the U.S. Rev. Jongsoo Kim, Seshin Church will join us in our New York, New Jersey, and Washington D.C. schedule.
